With the distant rumbling of thunder covering the clatter of her footstep, she plodded through the courtyard. Though she had long discarded her walking stick, there were still times when her legs became stiff and struggled to cooperate. The heavy autumnal humidity did little to alleviate her inconvenient ailment.

Of course, the professor did not let such a thing pertube her pace. Especially when she heard a faint giggle coming from behind a pillar. As she approached a small group of huddled students she heard the last slivers of the plan they had been formulating. "And you all invited to test this theory in detention tomorrow evening," she snapped, her voice cracking like a whip.
