Vault 713 Activity & Participation Requirements
While the title may seem daunting, we have just a few activity requirements for different account types to establish a level of fairness for all of our players. Requirements vary based on account type and character type and are occasionally adjusted to reflect member survey results. Our most recent activity requirements update was conducted on January 1, 2020.

Player Account Requirements
Player accounts must make at least one post per year to remain active and good standing, either in the OOC forums or in a Sandbox Roleplaying forum. If a player is active on at least one fixed timeline character account but does not post on their OOC account, the OOC account will still remain active so long as the characters remain active.
Original Character Requirements
Original Characters must make at least one post per season to remain active. Posts may be made in fixed timeline roleplaying forums, owl post threads, and/or as responses to news articles. Posts made in the classifieds forums may also be considered if it is obvious that the player was making an effort toward creating posting opportunities on the account.
Main Canon Character Requirements
Main Canon Characters must make at least three posts per month to remain active. Posts may be made in fixed timeline roleplaying forums, owl post threads, and/or as responses to news articles. For canon characters, classifieds posts do not count toward activity requirements. Main Canon Character activity requirements are established based on the average level of activity for original characters during the previous season. For the Fall/Winter 2019 season, the average original character posted 3.6 times per month.

Supporting Canon Character Requirements
Supporting Canon Characters must make at least one post per season to remain active. Posts may be made in fixed timeline roleplaying forums, owl post threads, and/or as responses to news articles. For canon characters, classifieds posts do not count toward activity requirements. Supporting Canon Characters who do not exceed one post per season for two consecutive seasons may be asked to elevate activity levels if the staff deems it necessary.
